When you submit the "Vote for your favorite wiki" form, we collect the name, email address, nominated wiki, and reason you enter. This information is sent securely for the sole purpose of reviewing your nomination.
How your submission is handled
Vote form submissions on this site are processed by a centralized form delivery service at forms.caltechweb.com, operated by CalTech Web. The service delivers your nomination by email and does not use your information for any other purpose.
Spam and bot protection
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile on the vote form to verify that a submission is coming from a real visitor rather than an automated script. Turnstile may process limited technical information about your browser and device as part of that verification. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details on how Turnstile handles that data.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, such as which articles are read and how visitors arrived here. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
